We may obtain information about you and your account from third parties, including from vendors and service providers who may collect information on our behalf, such as: a) Companies who support our Site and Services, such as (without limitation) Shopify and any other web hosting provider from time to time, b) Our payment processors, who collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit or debit card information, billing address) to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products you have purchased, in order to perform our contract with you, and c) When you visit our Site, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or advertisements, we, or third parties we work with, may automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies.  

Shopify.  As noted above, from time to time the Services may be hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as other third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we may from time to time use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Site, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. How We Use Your Personal Information

- Providing, Maintaining, and Improving our Products, the Site and Services. We use your provided information to provide you with the Services and in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, to fulfill your product orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, or your product purchase-related transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage the information included in your account, and otherwise to ensure you are provided with all available features and functionalities related to your account.  In addition, we may use your personal information in connection with certain cloud-based tools as necessary to enable us to produce aggregated, de-identified insights for research, analytics, and commercial purposes as further described below.  And we strive to regularly improve our product offerings for the benefit of our general customer base, and may use your provided information in connection with those efforts.

- Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and from time to time to provide you with promotional offers and advertisements relating to our products, if and to the extent you have “opted in” to receive such.
